I cannot wait till we get to meet again this Sunday at BBT. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year. This week we will start a new year at BBT. I hope 2017 will be even better than 2016. We should all be grateful for having another year to serve our Master. This week we will have another member inducted into our ring of honor, then we will have a party for Stephanie for completing her service in the Agape program at Dallas Theological Seminary.
This week I am going to bring a message on how we can make today the first day of our new life. The scripture verse for this week will be Matthew 2: 13-23. This is the end of the Christmas story as Joseph is warned by Angel to flee to Egypt. This story shows all the trouble that Mary & Joseph had to endure because of Herod and later his son Archeleus. The bible does not promise that everything will be easy but it does promise us that God will be always be with us guiding us and directing us to where he wants us to go. I hope you will be with us on Sunday as we see what God has for us. Invite someone to come with you on Sunday and let’s begin the New Year off by having perfect attendance in Church!
Remember to pray for those that you meet each day that are struggling with whatever they are struggling with. You can help people more than you know if you just hear God and be obedient. Can’t wait to see you Sunday!!
We love you so much,
Pastor David & Pris
