Sunday March 6, 2016 "Guilty or not?"

What a great day at BBT last Sunday, I know I say that every week but it is always good to be with our family of believers and in the presence of our Heavenly Father.  Linda shared with us the plans for the upcoming video.  It sounds like it will be done soon and all of are going to be a part of it. I can’t wait to get started on this project.  I spoke last week about the good news that there is a gospel for losers.  I shared how sometimes most of us have felt like we have let God down along with everyone else.  The good news is that God has not given up on us and he will continue to call on us if we will make ourselves available.  God does not see you as a loser, neither should you!

This week I am going to share with you from the Gospel of Mark the 2ND Chapter verses 1-12.  This is the Story of the Jesus healing a Paralytic man.  The real story here is not the healing Jesus performed but the fact that Jesus told him his sins were forgiven.  The Scribes as usual were standing around listing to catch Jesus say something they could use against him, well they heard him say He forgave this man’s sins.  They claim no one but God could forgive sins, they just did not understand who he was.  We are also going to look at the guilt we carry around every day because we don’t receive the forgiveness that Jesus offers us.  We are going to look at the difference between moral guilt and spiritual guilt.  I hope you will be with us on Sunday to see what God has for us.
Sunday Edith fell in her kitchen and has fracture a vertebra in her back.  She is in the Hospital but she will not have to have surgery.  She will be out for a while and we will miss her but we will keep her in our prayers. If you need prayer for something during the week don’t hesitate to contact us and let us pray and help any way we can.  We may have an exciting announcement this Sunday so be there to hear it.  Keep doing good things and we will see you on Sunday.

We Love you so much,
Pastor David & Pris
