The fencing was completed this week, and it has reduced unwanted activity on the property. Debra is thankful they got their internet service restored at home. Leann is doing well with more training. Debra says the trip she was concerned about went well.

Prayer was requested for those affected by the government shutdown, including some of us. It appears that prayer was being answered even as we spoke. It seems we may be on the way to resolution. Continue to pray for our nation, as the dispute over funding is only a symptom of greater problems. Pris could not be with us due to illness. Pray for the people trying to stay on the property. We would still prefer a gracious solution, and our hope is that they find Jesus, either through our efforts or those of others whom God may choose. Pray for Larry’s father as there are more heart issues. Keep praying for Barbara and also for Richard. Brenda asks prayer for the Miller family, friends of hers with a son facing some health challenges.
