What a great time we had last week with the message in songs by the Senior Moments and by the message brought by Larry Thacker on “what do you give the man that truly has everything! ” Larry gave many good examples of what Jesus wants this year for his birthday and you are it !  You are what he wants.  Your time, your talents,  your heart.  We are what Jesus wants and as Larry explained in the scriptures he wants us to be about his business.  I hope all of you have a terrific Christmas day and as you sit around with family and friends remember there will never be a better time to talk about, show, demonstrate Gods love for us then right then. I appreciate how much you care about this church and I know if you will continue to help support this ministry you will receive the blessing that overflows your expectations, even at Christmas.

This is the last Sunday of the year and what great hopes we have for the future.  As I told you before Summitt Church has renewed their commitment to meet with us on the 4Th Sunday through 2009.  I hope we will begin construction on the renovating of our church within the next 90 days and we have many programs and opportunity that are going to be open for everyone.  I want you to be as excited about this as I am.  If you have any ideas on what we can do to make our outreach better please let me know your ideas.  We will need your support to accomplish everything God has for us and that is the way it should be.  You are not a bystander you are a PLAYER and you are important to me and this church but you more important to God.  Find your talents and use them to change the world or at least the people around you.  I encourage you to take this Christmas spirit and keep it throughout the year, you will drive people crazy!  I will see you Sunday at church as we worship with Summitt this week and remember to do something good for someone after all it is Christmas.
