The Bartimaeus Blog 2022.32
Blessings to you, friends. I pray you are all doing well. It has been a busy week for me as it is my first week at the new job. I’m so grateful for the Lord’s provision, and I believe He has great things in store for our church. I’m looking forward to being with you all on Sunday.
Would it surprise you to learn that God prayed for you? You might well ask how that could even be. To whom would He pray? It is we who pray to Him! But that ‘s exactly what happened. When Jesus was among us, fully God yet also fully man and living as a man, He prayed to the Father for you. You can find that prayer in John 17. There He prayed for His disciples and those who would believe in Him through their word. That’s you and me! So, let’s look at what He prayed. After all, it’s going to be answered. 🙂
See you Sunday.
Love y’all!
