Praise and prayer Requests from Sunday Service of May 16

Rejoice with us and pray with us.

Cindy has her house ready to show.  Cathy is thankful for a fairly good week with Ruth.  She is asking prayer as they go for more appointments Saturday and next week.  April is making progress toward getting housing.  Debra is thankful to be making progress getting her medical needs met.

Brenda asks prayer for her cousin’s new baby Callahan, born prematurely.  Keep praying for Cindy’s neighbor Wanda.  April prays for peace in her family and to get her new place.  Don has injury at the site where he receives dialysis and may require corrective action.  Debra asks prayer for her family.  Her mom’s cousin passed away.  Remember also Priscilla, Kimi, Linda, and Cathy’s cousin Carlton.  Anita asks prayer as she goes for her CT scan tomorrow and that her dialysis goes well.  Brenda asks prayer for her friends B.J. and Charles for their relationship.  Keep praying for Becky and Sean also.

God can answer prayer through you!  Just be open to His voice.

Cathy is thankful for a better week for Ruth and that they were able to be back in church.  Ruth will have another Oncologist appointment this week.  Brenda’s cousin just had a grandchild.  The baby was born prematurely and she asked prayer.  Cathy is about to be a great grandmother.  It appears we may be able to get the work on the church mostly covered.

Debra is having some difficulty getting coverage for treatment related to her eyes.  Next week Anita has an appointment for a CT scan.  She asks prayer for her aunt Margaret struggling with asthma and other health issues.  Cathy request prayer for a family that has lost a loved one.  On the recording it sounds like Fortuna, so I’m not sure if this is the same family we sent the special request out for and we didn’t get the name right.

Rejoice with us and pray with us.

We’re all rejoicing just to be here.  Cindy celebrated her youngest daughter’s birthday and oldest daughter’s marriage.  I’m thankful for the Lord’s provision and for giving me the encouragement He knew I would need last week.  Anita had a good week, got good reports from her doctors, and learned that her bill was covered.

Don is seeing some side affects from dialysis that concern him.  Pray for his daughter Becky and for Sean.  Pray for Cindy’s neighbor Wanda.  Pray for Anita’s aunt Margaret.  She is not well.  Edith is having trouble with her back and was not able to join us.  Ruth passed out twice as Cathy attempted to get her to the car and so they did not come.  Keep both of them in prayer.  Keep Priscilla and Kimi in prayer.  Brenda asks prayer for the Stephenson family, friends who have lost a mother.  she also asked prayer for a family stationed in Germany who have a new baby with health problems, but I am not clear on names.  Keep Dede in prayer.

Rejoice with us and pray with us.

April rejoices that she is on the list for housing.  We enjoyed having the Dallas Christian Fellowship of the Blind back together last night.  Don thinks he has met the qualifications to get on the donor list for a kidney.  Edith’s family found better representation to help with legal issues surrounding the accident.  Cathy’s nephew got married on Saturday.  Cathy and Ruth were able to watch the stream. Anita rejoices in having some time with her husband.

Pray for the Stone family.  Cathy’s cousin Arlys passed away last week.   Keep Carlton and family in prayer.  April asks prayer for healing for her great niece.  I didn’t get a name.  Pray for my mother Beth.  Don asks prayer for his daughter Becky ans son-in-law Sean.  Keep the Gibsons in prayer.  Remember Linda.

Rejoice with us and pray with us.

Cathy is thankful for a good report after her exam.  Edith’s children were able to get their dad moved closer to where they live.  Cindy enjoyed time with her family last week.  Debra is thankful that the procedures and equipment she needs have been approved.  Anita rejoices that her son found a new job.

Keep Priscilla in prayer.  She is recovering well from the knee replacement but still in pain.  Kimi is having more trouble with her legs.  Remember Cindy’s neighbor Wanda.  Keep Carlton in prayer as he continues to struggle with memory issues and recovery from surgery.  Remember the Gibsons.  Edith needs peace at work.  Pray for Cathy’s sister-in-law’s mother Tootsie having trouble with balance.  Anita needs help getting her ID.

Rejoice with us and pray with us.

Cathy reports a good week.  I’m enjoying the chance to get so much done that has been on my to-do list for years.  Don is thankful to still have work during a downturn in production that seems likely to continue.  Edith was goad to find another source for the food she likes to buy for her dog.  Anita is thankful to have had o more problems with dialysis.

Priscilla is experiencing a lot of pain after her knee surgery.  Keep Kimi in prayer also.  Her legs still hurt her.  Keep Edith and her family in prayer as they work through the aftermath of Stanley’s car accident.  His wife was killed in the accident.  He suffers from memory loss and remains in hospital.  Pray for the family of Alice Jones, Cathy’s aunt, who passed away last week.  Continue to pray for Carlton.  Remember Ruth in your prayers as well as Cathy.  Pray for Angela Hart who attends the Christian Fellowship of the Blind that meets in our church.  Her friends are concerned that they have not been able to get in touch with her.  Cindy asked prayer for her niece Ashley.  Her husband died in a car accident, also leaving children behind.

He is risen! Rejoice with us and pray with us.

April is on the waiting list for a new apartment. Anita is doing well after vaccination. Dede thanks the Lord to be able to be here. Priscilla is thankful that her granddaughter is alright after an accident. Priscilla is looking forward to her surgery this week. Cathy said they had a good week. Kimi rejoices in an answer to prayer.

Keep praying for Carlton. He has been released but is still having memory troubles. Keep praying for Ruth. Pray for the Potts’ daughter Becky. Anita asks prayer for her family. April asks prayer for Kim, nephew’s girlfriend who had a difficult birth. Cathy asks prayer for her nephew who is about to get married. Priscilla asks prayer for Jesse who has a court date tomorrow.

Edith rejoices in getting some extra money. Cathy enjoyed time with grandchildren. Ruth has her appointment for the biopsy. Cindy’s neighbor Wanda is doing better. Kimi is thankful that nothing was broken in her fall. April is thankful that her great niece is doing better.

Cathy asks prayer for her two adopted granddaughters who do not get along. Edith asks prayer for health problems. Cindy asks prayer for her grandchildren. Keep praying for Carlton. Edith asks prayer for her neighbor’s friend Jimmy who lost his wife. Priscilla asks that we pray for Tony’s salvation. Keep Dede in prayer. Barbara A is dealing with a lot of pain. Keep praying for Kelvin and all those still shut up in the nursing homes.

Dede is thankful to be here and we’re thankful she’s here. Anita had a good week. I am thankful that soon I should not need to work in the evenings. Cathy is thankful that Ruth and she made it through another week. Priscilla is thankful to b eable to get her license renewed.

Kimi fell and hurt her leg. It is badly swollen. Edith is not feeling well. Cindy had a bad reaction to the vaccine. Cathy is having trouble getting a timely appointment for Ruth. Pray for Ruth. Pray for Cathy as she cares for her. Don asks prayer for his daughter Becky and her husband Sean. Dede is having cramps in her side and stomach.
