Kelly is visibly moving her legs better.  Ruth’s doctor said her eye is better and she will not need shots.  Little Kingston is doing better.  Priscilla said the bleeding behind her eye has reduced substantially.  She got some assistance with the medication she will need.  Clark got his medication and is doing better.  Shelly may have a job.  Cathy’s knee is better after a shot.  Debra thanks the Lord that her shoulder is no longer hurting and she hasn’t needed more than one shot.  She is moving better.
Keep praying for Brenda’s shoulder.  Perry Fleman is not doing well after they stopped chemo.  Ruth asks prayer for a friend of her cousin named  Karen who is having trouble with vision.  She has another acquaintence with colon cancer.  Kelly wants us to keep praying for her.  Shelly reminds us to pray for all of those affected by the recent weather.  Kimi has fluid in her ears and still needs our prayers.  Keep praying for Shelly and Clark.  Cathy asks us to pray for all of those currently serving in the military on this Memorial day.  Brenda asks prayer for her cousin Judy and Brenda’s uncle.  Her coworker has cancer on his back.  Pray also for Priscilla’s ears.  She’s still having problems with them after the eardrums burst.  Keep praying for Didi.

I’m sorry we still don’t have the ones from Sunday, but I did pick up a couple of things this week.  Priscilla called me yesterday and said that Didi is still not moved in because she is having trouble getting the water turned on.  The city will not turn it on until the bill left by the previous resident is paid.  Priscilla is still having trouble with her eye.  In the process of asking Pastor David about the songs for this week I learned that he was in the emergency room, having been sent there by his doctor with high blood pressure.  They did an EKG and it was normal so they sent him home, but let us keep him in our prayers as we should always do.

I hope you have been an answer to prayer this week, and I am looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday.

We praise God for all the rain!  Shelly is thankful that she got her medication and is getting better.  Clark is better.  Pam is thankful for the Lord’s blessing and His promise that He is always with us.  Jana thanks the Lord for a good week and a good day.  She’s thankful for graduations in her family.  Karen is blessed to be here and that she will get the surgery she needs.  Brenda is able to go back to work.  Cindy is thankful for things getting done around the house.  Jana says her daughter got an internship with the city of Dallas.
Lupe asks prayer over a custody battle being faced by her granddaughter.  Edith has been having trouble sleeping.  She said she hasn’t slept much since Thursday.  Pray for Ruth’s neighbor Martin who fell and is now in the hospital.  Brenda’s uncle Bill is in the hospital.  Pray for Linda’s friend Chuck and his family.  Chuck lost a younger brother last week.  Shelly asks prayer for healing for both her and Clark.  Pray for their overall welfare as well.  Jana is getting ready for a move.  Didi still hasn’t got everything she needs to actually move into her new home.  Pray for  Priscilla who is not feeling well and is not here today.  Pray for the family as they remember her sister Carol.  Keep praying for Chuck Small.

Didi’s long-awaited move is finally under way. She should be completely moved to her new home today.  She thanks everyone for their help and prayers.  It was good to see Lupe back with us.  She thanks everyone for praying.  Kim thanks everyone for their support and says she is getting better.  She rejoices in improving relationships.  I think I understood that Latrice got a job.  Pam is thankful to be getting the exercise and new equipment she needs.  Shelly and Clark have a new place.  They were able to be with us today.  Don and Brenda have been sick but they are getting better.  Anita praises the lord that her medication is working.

Cathy asks prayer for James, a classmate who has had multiple serious medical issues over the past year and is now in hospice.  Shelly asked that we pray for Clark with his ongoing medical issues.  Later in the service he had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance.  It appeared to Shelly that he was having another stroke.  Pray for Shelly as she deals with the stress.  Someone speaking from across the room whom I cannot identify from the recording asked for prayer regarding personal struggles.  Someone please fill in the blank.  Lisa asks that we pray for Jane.n  Pam asks prayer for her friends Kay and David.  She asks prayer for her relationship with Chris.  Brenda reminds us to keep praying for our Kay and Annette.  Pray for Cheryl and Karen from Brentwood who were unable to come today due to health concerns.  Debra asks prayer as her vertigo keeps getting worse and she fears what the doctor will want to do when she goes on Friday.

Bruce, a visitor to our web site, wrote in to request that we pray for his friend Laura.  She was “raised in a Christian home but seven years ago she got hooked on drugs. Her thinking and behavior has been greatly altered. She was a great mom but has lost interest in her children. She has lost everyone and everything including career, self-esteem and confidence. She has attempted suicide. Laura is very beautiful, inside and out, but destroying herself.”

Ruth asks that we pray for her sister Mary Ellen.  She cut her thumb severely and had to go to the hospital.  She’s home and OK but still hurting.
