Kim is thankful that she did not have a stroke after all or  brain damage.  Jery is thankful for the good time we all had at the fair.  Cathy was glad to spend time with her mother-in-law lastt week and tha she was here with us in church.

Kim is still in a lot of pain.  They still don’t have all the details on what’s going on with her.  Keep her in your prayers.  Brenda prrays for a former coworker Linda, who is now in hospice care.  Cindy asks prayer as she goes for job interviews this week.  Frances asks prayer for a problem in  her mouth.

Pray for each other this week.

Pam is thankful for God’s faithfullness.  Cathy says Benny is doing better and eating.  Kelly is able to move her left leg better.  Jery is thankful for a good thing God did for someone he knows.

Pray for Kimi who was taken to the hospital and they think she has had a stroke.  Pray for her and her family.  Mickey wants us to pray for her friend Dave who has been looking for work for over a year.Brenda P asks that we pray for a woman named Karen who is in a lot of pain.  Little Kingston is going back into intensive chemotherapy soon.  Kelly asks prayer for Shelly.  She needs a place to live.  Cindy needs a new job and is praying for it to be in the daytime.  Pam is having eye pain.

Sad news for us, but Mary is not sad at all

We received word this morning that Mary Taylor has gone home to be with Jesus.  We’ll all miss her, but we rejoice with her too!  Mary couldn’t be understood here, but now she sings the praises of the Most High, and everyone can understand her!  She could barely move here, but now she must be dancing before Yahweh with a freedom none of us can know in this life.  We will grieve her loss and pray for those who were closest to her, but we need not mourn for Mary.  She’s just fine now.

Pam is thankful for the Lord’s daily blessings and that she got her teeth fixed.  Dede is thankful to be here and feeling well.  Linda is thankful for the nice time we had at a wedding reception last night.

Mary is not doing well.  She is not able to get enough oxygen.  Ruth is out of town to do a fund raiser for Kingston and while there she was admitted to the hospital with chest pains.  Cathy has gone to see her.  Edith’s son Stephen will go for surgery tomorrow with concerns about cancer.  Cathy said that benny is not feeling well and not getting out of bed.  Mickie prays for Carla’s friend Dave to find a job.  Jana prays for her friend Alicen who just had surgery for breast cancer.  Pray for a coworker of mine, Carolyn, who went in yesterday for a kidney transplant.  Pam asks prayr for a friend Kay Nobles.  Dede is having trouble with her shoulder.  Priscilla is thankful for time spent with her father and asks prayer for Kim.  She is having trouble with her back and could not be here today.

We’re thankful to get our sign changed.  Thanks to Kenneth for taking care of that for us.  We’re delighted to see many familiar faces with us this morning.  Anita rejoices that her car was fixed in time for her to be here.  Ana is glad to be off work so she can be here.  Pam reports that our prayers were answered and Brenda O got a new chair.  Dede is just thankful for God’s goodness.  Jana is thankful for family.  We were delighted to be in audience as Tim proposed to Cindy and she accepted!  This is a homecoming we will definitely remember!  Lisa says Jane gets to start school this week.

Shelly asks prayer for Clark who has had a stroke and now has been diagnosed with diabetes.  Keep praying for Kingston who is starting another round of chemo.  Pray for Iris who has hairline fractures in her back.  Pray for Edith’s daughter Jenifer who is facing a potentially difficult pregnancy.  Edith rejoices that she’s going to be a grandmother.  Mickie reports that Carlla got a job and asks that we keep praying for Carla’s boyfriend David to get a job.  Keep praying for Anita to find a job.  Pam asks prayer for Chris and his mom.  Pray for Brenda O who is diagnosed with osteopenia.  Pray for Kenneth’s son Kinney

Jr who starts school this week and has hemophilia.  Keep praying for Brenda P’s shoulder.

We’re thankful to be celebrating 55 years of fellowship at Bartimaeus Baptist Temple.  Let’s keep it going!  Be a blessing to someone this week and invite them to join us!

I wanted to add a couple of things that came up after I posted.  Benny is out of the hospital but they need to do more once his blood count has recovered.  Pray for little Jane who is due to start school this week but now has a fever.

Don says the man we were praying for last week with carbon monoxide poisoning is out of the hospital and doing better.  Ruth is thankful that she’s ok after falling at her home on Wednesday.  Pam is thankful for a nice time at a birthday party and that God has given her a heart for others.  We’re delighted to have Mary with us today.  Brenda got an answer on her shoulder.

Lupe couldn’t come today because of illness.  Pray for Richard’s father (of Richard and Barbara) who has fallen and broken his arm and has an infection.  Mickie prays for Carla who used to live at the home where she stays and her friend Dave.  Dede is having trouble with her shoulder after being hit by the truck.  Pray for little Isabela, new baby sister of the kids Priscilla keeps, who was born prematurely and faces complications.  Pray for rain.  Pray for our country and our leaders.

Praise and prayer requests came flying fast today and I missed a few.  Pray for each other this week.  Don’t forget to come early for Homecoming.  be blessed.

Linda and I were blessed to spend time with the family yesterday for my mom’s birthday.  Lupe’s granddaughter will be able to get an apartment.  She’s the one we mentioned last week who was having to move due to foreclosure.  DDede thanks The Lord that she got money back that was stolen.  Jana is thankful for the new vehicle they got and is proud of Janelle going into high school.  Pam is thankful that she felt well enough to get out and do some work on the yard.  Ruth is grateful to Perry Fleman for fixing up her house for her.  Tresa and Jon are just glad to be here.

Keep praying for Kingston.  Benny is in a room now and Cathy is staying with him.  A mass has been found on his kidney.  Lupe asks prayer for her family and especially for a grandson nervous about starting his junior year.  Pray bor Brenda who has started driving again and is having trouble with her shoulder.  Keep praying for Don’s friend Charles who is in ICU from carbon monoxide poisoning.  Pray for God’s will concerning little Jane and her schooling.  Pray for healing in her family.  Anita is still looking for a job.  She had an interview Thursday.  Pam prays for restored relationships.  We’re looking forward to great things for our homecoming in a couple of weeks.  Pray also for much needed rain in our area.  Pray for Brenda’s daughter Sarah who is starting nursing school and still suffering some pain.  Keep praying for Priscilla’s parents.

Pray for each other and be an answer to someone’s prayer this week.  You are loved.

Please pray!  Cathy’s husband Benny is in ICU @ Baylor battling kidney problems.  Please pray 4 comfort 4 Benny, peace 4 his family & wisdom 4 the doctors 2 find and fix his problems and return him 2 health ASAP.  Thank U Jesus!  Amen!
