Pam left a message this morning at around 10:00 that ruth is in the hospital with chest pains. That’s all we know at the moment. More when we have it.

Pam praises The Lord as do we all for the blessings we received from the Heights and others last week. Kathy rejoices that Benny made it through his surgery and is recovering well. He’ll go back again this week. Jana is thankful to be starting school. She will be able to get a car. Kim is thankful for her grandfather’s recovery after a heart attack. dede is thankful for the blessings in her life. Teresa is thankful for her brother and the rest of her family. Pam is also thankful that she got a new stove in her apartment. Debora is grateful to have recovered a lost jacket.
Anita asks prayer for a sick aunt. Don is going in January for more medical tests. Pray for Brenda’s daughter Sarah and for Brenda who is suffering from illness. Pray for Sandra’s friend Michelle who is trying to get a church prepared that is in great need.

Pastor was blessed to go see his grandson in a Christmas program this morning. We’re delighted that so many people are here today. we’re thankful to The Heights for the food and gifts today.Don is thankful that all of his family was able to get together last night. Ruth’s nephew Jim is home and doing better. April is thankful that her health is better and for good job prospects. Keep praying for her great aunt who is weakening. Pray for peace in her family.
Pray for Lupe’s cousin s family, the Flore family, after losing members. Benny’s surgery is Wednesday. He’ll be back in the hospital next week for a medication change. Pray for Chuck and Sarah. Pray for the family of Linda’s uncle Frank who passed away recently. Pray for Priscilla’s parents who will both be undergoing surgeries this week. Pray for the families of those who were killed in Connecticut last Friday. Sarah asks that we pray for her daughter Madaline who she hasn’t heard from.
I pray that during this special time we will be extra thankful for all that God has given to us and will share it with those around us.

Pray for the Thompson family as they mourn the loss of a family member. Ruth asks prayer for Gary facing bladder cancer and in chemotherapy. Kim praises The Lord for a friend of hers who was homeless and alcoholic and is now working and sober. Victory Outreach had a good service last Wednesday. Priscilla is thankful for the time she had with her sister and that she’s now with Jesus. We’re blessed to have Sandra back with us. She’s having surgery on Wednesday. Remember to pray for Benny this week. Ruth asks prayer for Jim who will go in for open heart surgery this week. Jana thanks everyone for prayers. She got accepted to school. Linda and I were blessed to meet with a former pastor of ours whom we both respect very much. April is starting a chat room for the blind. We’re blessed to have Jay Gibson and his church with us today doing the service and dinner. Sarah enjoyed her cruise and got to interact with a dolphin. Kim praises God for the work that God is doing through Victory Outreach, which meets in our church now on Wednesday evenings.
Kim requests prayer for her health and for a little girl named Emma who is beign neglected. Kathy wants us to pray for Zac who was just deployed. Pray for Aprils family situation and for her ailing great aunt. Dede asks prayer for her friend vaugn who is in the hospital and for a woman she met at the store. Pray for Dede’s family and health. Pray for Kathy’s husband Benny who will have surgery on the 19th. Pray for Frances’s family and living situation.
I pray that in the face of tangible expressions of God’s blessings toward us that we will remember to bless others this season.

We got started early today and I wasn’t quite ready, so please feel free to chime in with anything I miss. In honor of our Thanksgiving celebration we started by expressing specific things that we were thankful for. We’re most thankful for Jesus and what He did for us.
Pray for the family of John, Edith’s neighbor who was killed in a car wreck. Pray for Brenda’s daughter Sarah as she is struggling wiht schoolwork. Dede’s friend Jeneva asked prayer for her family. Keep praying for Chuck and Sarah. Pam wants us to pray for Vicki V. Pray for Don’s health and for a man who works with him. Mary is here with us today and seems to need prayer for something she cannot express.

Pam thanks The Lord that some people got together and bought her a new walker. Kim is thankful for a new phone. Jana rejoices in the marriage of her daughter. We’re all blessed to hav eedith playing the piano for us. Dede thanks The Lord for a new day.
Pam reminds us to pray for Chris’s mom who is aging and in poor health. Pray for Kim’s continuing health problems and the wisdom to know what to do about it. Lupe asked prayer because she is having trouble controling her blood sugar. Jana asks prayer for her cousin whose son was killed last week. Pray for Pastor David’s friends Kathy and Roger. Kathy is very sick with cancer. Pray for the washington and brooks families who have experienced a death. Pray for Ruth’s nephew Jim. Pray for Don who is experiencing new health problems. Pray that he will be able to keep working in the face of more layoffs at his job or that he will have peace in whatever God plans for him. Pray for chuck and Sarah. Chuck is having more trouble with his health. Pray for their relationship and for Cheyenne.

Priscilla says that Jimmy is out of the hospital. She saw him today. We’re hoping he cam come back soon. Frances’ roof is finished. She still needs some other things done. Kim was able to see her doctor and is looking forward to getting some help.
Pray for Noel, the contractor who has been helping Frances. He has learned that his brother has been hospitalized. Remember Jana and Breedlove in your prayers and let them know how much we miss them. Pray for Mary who couldn’t be with us again today. Pray for Kim’s issues with her foot and other healt problems. Pray for the people in the Northeast as the storm approaches this evening. Pray that our country makes the right decisions with regard to our government. Pray for our church and for the new ministry that will be in our building shortly. Priscilla was blessed by a conversation she had with her father this week. Pray for her and the famly as he gets ready to go Home. Pray for the healing of Priscilla’s sister with serious kidney stones. Pray for Don’s health. Pray for continued easing of the tension between Brenda and her family.

Pray for Frances’ living situation. Ruths asks prayer for Barbara smith who is having health problems. Pray for Jo Haven. Please forgive the omissions as I didn’t keep up well today. Praise and Prayer Requests for Sunday Service of October 14
Ruth got an excellent report from the doctor about her heart. Don is thankful that he had some time off and was able to help Frances with her house. Frances is getting a lot of work done for a good price. Frances won’t have to pay anything. She’s getting better furniture. Pam got new glasses and got to spend time with Sandy last weekend. She’s feeling better too. Linda is feeling much better today. Thank you all for praying.
Ruth asks us to pray for Lupe’s relatives the Flores family. Pam asks that we pray for Sandy’s sister who has a heart condition. Pray for April’s family as her aunt is near passing and under hospice care. Priscilla says that Mary was not looking good today and has learned that she has pneumonia. The staf is not doing anything for her. Pray for Kelly to get into the kind of living situation she needs. Pray for Priscilla’s parents. She says that Michelle has now been declared free of cancer.
Let’s pray for each other this week and not forget to thank God for the prayers He has answered.
